Here’s what you’ll do:
You’ll own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent aligned with both business needs and culture. In addition to delivering exceptional hiring outcomes, you’ll build and refine scalable recruitment strategies — creating clear, standardized processes, tools, and best practices that elevate interview quality, reduce bias, and drive consistency across the organization.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to provide strategic guidance, workforce planning insights, and support throughout the hiring process.
Develop proactive strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including networking, direct sourcing, partnerships, and digital platforms.
Strategic Recruitment Projects:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Hiring Manager coaching program to enhance interview effectiveness, mitigate bias, and improve overall hiring outcomes.
Design, refine, and maintain a Hiring Guide that outlines best practices, standardized processes, and tools to support recruitment efforts.
Drive continuous improvement using stakeholder feedback and industry best practices.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform leadership decisions.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition strategies.
Drive DEI recruitment initiatives to support a commitment to an inclusive workforce.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
Partner with Marketing to elevate employer brand across recruitment channels.
Ensure a consistent and compelling candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Act as a point of escalation for resolving complex or sensitive recruitment matters.
HR and Talent Initiatives:
Support broader HR and talent management initiatives, such as onboarding program enhancements, succession planning, and workforce planning projects.
Partner with leadership to align recruitment strategies with long-term organizational goals and culture.
Vendor and Tool Management:
Oversee relationships with recruitment vendors and job boards, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal ROI.
Evaluate and implement applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to improve operational efficiency.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
5+ years of progressive full cycle recruitment experience; experience in the technology sector is an asset.
Experience recruiting technical talent with an established network of industry contacts.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Proficient ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages to attract top talent.
Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive approach to handling multiple priorities.
A strategic thinker who is highly detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement in recruitment and hiring practices.
